In collaboration with Qatar Museums, the National Committee of Museums in Qatar (ICOM Qatar), The International Council of Museums (ICOM), the International Committee for Museology (ICOFOM), and the Arab Organization of Museums (ICOM Arab), we are pleased to invite interested individuals to participate in the conference:
- The Future of Museums and Museology Practices in a Changing World
Scheduled to be held from December 1 to 3, 2024, in Doha, Qatar.
The conference will address several key themes and topics, including:
- Challenges and opportunities facing museums
- Developing new skills for professionals
- Enhancing museums' resilience and ability to tackle challenges
- Utilizing modern technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality
