Private tour of National Museum of Qatar

The National Museum of Qatar is one of Qatar’s finest museums. Opened in March 2019, the museum was designed by French architect Jean Nouvel, who drew inspiration from the desert rose to create the striking façade of curved disks and cantilevered angles. Organized in three “chapters” — Beginnings, Life in Qatar, and The Modern History of Qatar, and presented across eleven galleries spread across 1.5km, the museum includes interactive experiences to complement the displays. The National Museum of Qatar gives voice to the unique story of Qatar and its people from earliest times to the present day and onwards towards its future.
